Place the sugar in a pudding / cake pan and heat until it caramelises (be careful and use a
kitchen cloth), leave to cool.
Blend the condensed milk, milk and the eggs for 5 minutes (use a blender if you want), then put
the liquid into the caramelised pan.
Put the pan into another pan containing water (bain-marie) and put on the pre-heated oven 200ºC
/ 400ºF / Gas mark 6 and cook for 40 minutes or until golden
To check if its cooked, stick a wood-stick or a blade-knife into the middle of pudding and if he
turns out dried it is cooked
Leave to cool and put in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours. Before serving turn the pan
into a large plate and serve.
