Line a roasting tray (Non stick) and place the wings, sprinkle them with salt and roast, turning
ocasionally for about 25 minutes.
Warm the honey, mustard, lemon juice and garlic in a medium saucepan over a low heat until until
combined, whisking to amalgamate the mustard.
Remove the wings from the oven and brush over the honey mixture until well coated. Return to the
oven and cook for another 20 minutes until they are sticky and golden.
