18 Chicken Wings
100gr / 3 1/2 oz Honey
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
120ml Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Lemon Wedges to serve

Heat the oven to 220ÂșC / Gas 6

Line a roasting tray (Non stick) and place the wings, sprinkle them with salt and roast, turning ocasionally for about 25 minutes.

Warm the honey, mustard, lemon juice and garlic in a medium saucepan over a low heat until until combined, whisking to amalgamate the mustard.

Remove the wings from the oven and brush over the honey mixture until well coated. Return to the oven and cook for another 20 minutes until they are sticky and golden.

About 5 minutes before they are ready, sprinkle the wings with sesame seeds and return to the oven.
