In a pan boil 5 tbsp of water with the herbs. Remove from heat, add the butter slowly and whisk
lightly, add the lime juice slowly and season with 1 tbsp of salt, reserve.
In a big pan add 3 litres / 1 3/4 pint of boiling water and add the fettuccine and the 2 tbsp
salt cook the pasta and stir till become "Al Dente"
Remove from heat and drain the water, serve with the butter and pepper sauce
