Preheat the oven to 400ºF / 200ºC / Gas Mark 6. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and
grease with the butter. Place the halibut steaks in the pan, drizzle over 1 tablespoon of oil, and
season. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a non stick skillet (frying pan), add the peppers, and
sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Boil or steam the green
(French) beans until tender.
Serve the halibut with the vegetables and scatter over the chopped parsley to garnish.
