Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium high heat. Add the fish, red onion, garlic, ginger,
asparagus and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook for another minute. Remove from the heat and
transfer to warmed serving dishes.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately on a bed of cooked noodles.
