Place the chopped dried apple rings and raisins in a bowl. Heat the apple juice in a saucepan
and pour over the dried fruits. Add the cinnamon stick and soak for 30 minutes.
Place the oats and milk in a saucepan and heat until simmering. Cook gently for 5-6 minutes, or
until thick. Strain the apple and raisins and discard the cinnamon stick.
Stir the dried fruits and half the honey into the oatmeal and divide among 4 bowls. Top with the
fresh apple and drizzle with the remaining honey. Serve with yogurt and dust with cinnamon.
