Plum Crisp

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
750g / 1 lb 10 oz ripe plums, stoned and halved
75g / 2 3/4 oz jumbo oats
50g / 1 3/4 oz flaked almonds
50g / 1 3/4 oz shelled pecan nuts, chopped
4 tbsp clear honey
2 tbsp demerara sugar
50g / 1 3/4 oz unsalted butter
Greek-style yogurt, to serve
Method:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4. Arrange the plums in the bottom of a baking dish.

Put the oats, almonds, nuts, honey and sugar in a bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat, pour into the oat mixture and stir to combine. Spoon over the plums. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and serve hot with Greek-style yogurt.
