Pork and Corn Tortillas Wraps

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
600g pork fillet, sliced thinly
16 corn tortillas
310g can corn kernels, drained
3 medium tomatoes, chopped coarsely
1 small red onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup coarsely chopped
fresh coriander
1 round lettuce, torn
1/2 cup soured cream
Method:

Combine oil, oregano and spices in medium bowl, add pork; toss pork to coat in mixture. Cook pork in heated large non-stick frying pan until cooked as desired.

Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Combine corn, tomato, onion and coriander in medium bowl.

Divide pork. salsa and remaining ingredients among tortillas; roll to enclose filling.
