Salsa Fresca

Makes: 1 Cup
Ingredients:

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons drained, rinsed baby capers, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup olive oil

TIP: Salsa fresca goes well with grilled lamb or pork chops.

Method:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
