Preheat oven to low 150ºC / 130ºC (fan-assisted). Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails
intact.
Combine garlic, chilli, oil, juice and paprika in shallow 3-litre (12-cup) baking dish.
Add prawns; toss gently to coat prawns in mixture. Cook, covered, about 30 minutes or until prawns
are just cooked through; stir once halfway through cooking time. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours.
Serve prawns tossed with herbs.
