Summer Fruit Salad
Summer Fruit Salad

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
2 kiwis
2 plums
1 apple
1 orange
1 nectarine
2 slices of pineapple
juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Greek Yogurt
Method:

Remove the skin and bones from the fruits and cut in small bite pieces.

Put the fruits in a bow and add the honey, orange juice and the yogurt, mix well and put in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.

Before serving, toss again and serve in individual bows. You can use any kind of fruit that you like, specially the fresh and the season fruits. Kids will love this recipe.
