Serves: 4
300ml single cream
150gr spread soft cheese
4 passion fruits
2 tbsp sugar or sweetener

In a bowl whisk the single cream, soft cheese and the sugar to a smooth consistency, cut 3 passion fruits in halves, discard the skin and add the fruit / seeds into the cream, mixing well.

Pour the mixture into 4 serving cups and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

To serve, add the remain passion fruit over the 4 serving cups.
