Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon

Serves: 4
300 gr of cooked salmon
1 tomato, peeled and seedless
2 tbsp of capers
4 garlic cloves, crusehd
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 pack of tagliatelle
Parmesan cheese to sprinkle

In a pan put the pasta in boiling water, salt (to taste) and 1 tbsp of olive oil, steamer cook the salmon for 5 minutes. In another sauce pan cook the garlic cloves and onion in olive oil and put the salmon in flakes. Cook a little bit the salmon and then put the tomato mixing quickly before to add on the pan

Mix lightly e leave to cook for 5 minutes and add the capers, on the last 2 minutes add the pasta in the sauce e quickly re-heat and serve with the parmesan.
